We are proud to present Independence Place Cooperative of Willmar, featuring a community lifestyle
for people 55 and better! With seven beautiful and unique floor plans to
choose from, everyone can find their perfect home. The amenities include the

Independence Place offers a variety of
activities such as baking contests, daily coffee, cards games, movie
