Realife Cooperative of Phalen Village is a secure community of 59 units
for active seniors 55+. This building is managed by a professional team that
supplies a Resident Services Manager, a Maintenance Person, and a
Housekeeper for the common areas.
Each member is encouraged to join in and help with the operation of the
building. We have an elected board of directors that makes many of the
decisions based on input from committees or suggestions from the membership
at large.
When you join our community, you own a share of the co-op with the same
tax benefits of home ownership. In addition, membership is very affordable.
