Our 78-unit Cooperative is
located at the corner of 86th & Nicollet Ave. Our “62 and better”
community is in a prime location, just a few miles away from the airport and
Mall of America, as well as several restaurants, banks, grocery stores and
more! Yet we’re in a nice residential neighborhood, just south of 494 and east
of 35W. We have 11 different styles of roomy one and two bedroom units.
Some of our amenities
include an attractive lobby, large community room, library, exercise room,
woodshop, billiards room, craft room, a TV & game room, garden plots and car
wash bay. We also have two guest rooms for your visitors; underground,
 heated
garage stalls; 10 laundry rooms and a storage room for each unit.
Our members here
enjoy a myriad of activities, both inside and out of the Cooperative. Here at
the co-op, we enjoy potlucks, catered dinners, barbecue picnics, holiday
parties, card games, musical entertainment, movie night, crafts, etc. Some of
the day-trips we have taken include the Chanhassen Dinner Theater, the Minnesota
Landscape Arboretum, the Old Log Theater, a boat tour on Lake Minnetonka and the
Como Conservatory. We have a new Red Hat Society Chapter here with 50 women
involved! Here at Realife Cooperative of Bloomington, you can be as private or
as social as you want to be!
